Dana Nuccitelli – Strange Attacks on the 97% Consensus

AGU 2014 Tidbits – Anecdotes And Stories From The Front Lines Of Science

During the AGU Fall Meeting I had the honor of working with Peter Sinclair of Climate Denial Crock of the Week and John Cook of Skeptical Science, interviewing an amazing line-up of scientists and science communicators. I’m floored by who we interviewed and could have a chat with. Everyone brought their A game which gave us some incredible footage.

Video description

Dana Nuccitelli is an environmental scientist with a background in astrophysics. He has published climate-related papers on various subjects, from the build-up of heat in the Earth's climate system to the expert consensus on human-caused global warming. Dana has written for SkepticalScience.com since 2010, and for The Guardian since 2013.

In this clip Nuccitelli talks about the one of the stranger attacks on the Cook 2013 consensus paper he's a co-author of.
